Cabin Classes and Airline check-in

  • Online Check-In

Online check-in is available to passengers 72–3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of their flight. Travelers must go to the airline’s online check-in page and input their last name and flight reservation code in order to check in online. You can print your boarding pass after you check in online.

  • Airport Check-In

For domestic flights, airport check-in opens three hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight and closes one hour prior to departure. For all domestic flights, airport check-in opens two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time and closes 45 minutes prior. At the airport of departure, passengers can check in by going to the designated Wingo check-in desks. At the same time, any checked luggage can be left at the check-in counter. Please be aware that checking in at the airport may cost more than checking in online, which is free of charge.

  • Economy Class

With a typical seat and pitch, Wingo’s economy class provides travelers with an affordable option. Extra amenities, like a faster check-in process or seat selection, are optional for passengers to pay for. In terms of both comfort and pitch, the seat is satisfactory for a budget airline. There is good aisle space, storage in the cabin, and seat width, even though the seats do not recline.

  • Premium Economy

Wingo introduces the idea of “only paying for what you want” to its customers. Accordingly, travelers can opt to pay for specific extras and amenities to elevate their economy class experience even though there isn’t an official premium economy class. Upgrades are available for quicker airport services, such as priority boarding and check-in. In order to have more legroom, passengers have the option to upgrade to a seat at the front of the cabin.
